PA-80 fire-resistant molding material

PA-80 fire-resistant molding material is confected with PA-80 high temperature resistant adhesive, combined fire-resistant powder, high aluminium content material and solidifying additive. It has some features such as fire-resistance, high strength and heat-stability. During the period of production, the temperature it can reach is 300℃ higher than normal molding material can. It is mainly used in molding as a whole or repair at the wall, top and mouth of heating furnace and even-heat furnace. Our plant has built a molding material prefabrication workshop to make various prefab components according to workpiece drawing.
